You ever notice something weird during your 100th Star Wars rewatch? There I was, feet up, munching on popcorn, and I hit that scene in Cloud City. Boba Fett’s about to blast Chewbacca into next week, and Vader stops him with that iconic “halt” gesture.

And suddenly, I couldn’t let it go. Why would the Dark Lord of the Sith, a guy who force-chokes his way through meetings, care about saving Chewbacca? It’s like seeing your grumpy boss suddenly offer someone a cookie. Something was off.
